姚继成筒介 YAO，JICHENG
姚繼成，全球藝術家聯盟主席、世界（奧林匹克）書畫藝術組委會副主席、美東華
聯總合副主席、美國油畫碩士、博士，任職廈門大學、江西師範大學、南昌大學美術客
座、榮譽教授。97年英國劍橋名人錄入載。早在12歲曾為中國南昌市各大工廠、大中央
廣場繪制三至五層樓高的巨幅毛澤東油畫像和宣傳油畫。92年「梅」和「觀瀑園」二幅
國畫被日本國立大阪博物館以四百萬日元收藏，93年受日本L英空寺1邀請，繪制了二
幅大型壁畫，并獲獎金日元一千萬。姚繼成任全球藝術家聯盟主席期間，組織舉辦了各
種展覽七十多次，如百名畫家參加的《紐約帝國大廈美術精英展》、 《慶祝聯合國誕辰
60周年晝展》、美國國家自由女神博物館的《自由女神誕辰121周年畫展》等。姚繼成的
油畫「黃土地」，2009年被中國駐聯合國大使官邸貴賓廳收購并收藏。2010年參加和組
織聯合國雲南民族文化節美術作品展：
此外，姚繼成的繪畫還由美國總統布希、國務卿喜菜莉、美國交通部部長豐田、日
本國運輸大臣兒玉末男收購和收藏：2010年春季紐約鑒寶國祭拍賣會上，姚繼咸的油畫
「共產之舟」、 「夢裹人」分別有二十萬美元和十七萬五千美元的價格拍賣記錄：在中
國、日本、美國，姚繼咸主辨組織了近百次捐贈義售晝展，為聯合國、紅十字會、兒童
基金會、東南亞海嘯、中國四川地震，以及在美國不幸生病、意外死亡的華人藝術家
等……，姚繼成個人捐款捐畫義售折合款項逾百萬美元：
姚繼成美術作品和傳記介紹分別被「紐約時報J、 1紐約郵報J、 「美國時代」、
「美國網絡電視」、 「香港鳳凰街視臺」、「聯合國問國電視臺」、「中央電視臺」、
日本 [朝日新聞」、「中華英材」、「環球」、「名家」、聯合國畫報等媒體采訪和專題報道。
2004年姚繼咸藝術傳記與毛澤東、胡耀邦、趙紫陽、溫家寶、錢學森、華羅庚、謝
冰心、丁玲等同時載入《名記者中外名人零距離》一書。2008年姚繼成的繪畫和介紹與
著名畫家昊冠中、趙無極、靳尚誼等一道入載收編在《海內外中國當代名家集》。
多年來，姚繼成獲各種獎逾百項，如「全國包裝裝潢設計優秀獎」、 「日本優秀留
學生勛章」、日本國際留學生「最佳論文獎」、日本美術展「市長獎」，連續兩年獲紐
約優秀市民獎表彰，美國[愛麗絲島移民獎」、 「世界美術全球巡回展金獎」等。并有
過美國總統布希、柯林頓、喜萊莉、基幸格、胡錦濤、溫家寶、昊邦國、帕瓦羅蒂和中
華民國總統馬英九等著名人士的會見。

Born in Nanchang City in China. JiCheng Yao studied at the Art
Department of JiangXi Province Normal University in China before
going to Japan where he graduated form the South Japan International
College. He gained a Master of Fine Arts degress from the Art
Department Lehman College of the University of NewYork. Whilst in
China, YaoJiCheng won many provincial and national art degree
prizes. During the period 1988 —
89 his solo human body painting was shown 112 times in China and in
1989 he received an official award from an international competition
of the First Japan Yokohama cityscape, and had the solo painting
exhibitions in Japan, In 1991, YaoJiCheng received a special prize
for his painting, from the Japan Miyazaki Province Art Festival,
which was later included in the Japan Miyazaki City Hall collection
. The following year he -won the Mayor' s Prize and Badge of Japan,
and received a prize for the Best Art Thesis at the International
University student Culture and Art Conference in Japan. In 1992 two
of his paintings were included in the Osaka National Museum of Japan
collection. YaoJiCheng biography was selected by the International
Biographical Centre in Cambridge England. And in the same year he
also participated in the EastWest Association' s Noted Artists Group
Show in New York. YaoJiCheng remains devoted to fine arts research
and to the creation of art. In the year 2004-05, he got an
"Outstanding Citizen" citation two times by the City Council of New
York. His painting worths$2500 for each inch square.Yao JiCheng
paintings and biography were reported in more than 40 TV stations,
and 100 varieties of magazines, books and newspapers around the
world.
2005 is the year of the 60th anniversary of both the United Nations
and the victory in fighting fascism. To promote peace and to fight
for freedom and universal love. YaoJiCheng led Global Artist League
to organize and host an International Art Show in the N.Y. Asian Art
Culture Center. On April 23, March 20.and June 18 of 2007, Senator
Hillary Rodham Clinton received YaoJiCheng three times and collected
his painting. On Aug 17, 2007, US President George Bush received
YaoJiCheng and collected two of his paintings in Bush' s Crawford
Ranch in Taxas.
October 28, 2007 is the 121s Anniversary of the Statue of the
Liberty. To celebrate this meaningful historic day, YaoJiCheng , the
representative of Global Artist League, called member artists to
open a grand Art exhibition - "Light the World—The Statue of
Liberty" form Oct 27 to Nov 27, 2007 in the museum of the statue of
the liberty. The Paintings of JlCheng's and other artists attracted
visitors all over the world .
